White Wolf Announces a New CEO for 2002

Atlanta, GA - White Wolf Publishing, Inc. announces that Mike Tinney is assuming the role of CEO of White Wolf as of January 2002.

Mr. Tinney replaces Steve Wieck, long-standing CEO of White Wolf, Inc. In a recent conversation, Steve Wieck commented on the move. "While I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as President of White Wolf for the past decade, I have decided that the time has come for me to change tracks professionally and return to creating products. As the majority owners and controlling partners in White Wolf, my brother Stewart and I both remain 100% engaged in White Wolf's business. But the talent and experience of White Wolf's employees affords Stewart and I the choice to focus on creating products while people like Mike Tinney put their talents to work leading the business affairs of the company."

Mike's career began at White Wolf in 1992, and his list of achievements includes co-designing the Mind's Eye Theater Live-Action Roleplaying system and Rage: The Collectible Trading Card Game. In 1996, he moved into the licensing and marketing fields at White Wolf, during which time he developed and launched the company's computer partnerships and upcoming action figure lines.

"I'm excited about the opportunity to work in our industry as White Wolf's president. We're in a remarkable business - we make games. And at White Wolf, I have long enjoyed the benefits of working on something I've loved. Steve shepherded this company through our industry's highs and lows for nearly 10 years, and he's left me with a lot of positive examples to learn from.

"As our industry continues to grow and change, I look forward to guiding White Wolf's development as both a company and as a provider of quality entertainment."

Please join us in welcoming Mike to his new position at White Wolf.
