AZRAEL PRODUCTIONS TO SUPPORT CARD GAMES BASED ON WHITE WOLF'S WEREWOLF: THE
APOCALYPSE

LAKE CHARLES, LA - July 27, 2000  Azrael Productions today announced its
intent to support the card games based on White Wolf's Werewolf: The
Apocalypse.  Rage and its follow-up, Rage Across Las Vegas, will find a new
home in Azrael Productions' new game support division.

White Wolf designed and released the original incarnation of Rage in 1995.
After 4 expansions, the license moved to Five Rings Publishing.  Five Rings
redesigned the game and released the new edition in 1998.  After 6 phases
and 1 expansion, Five Rings returned the license to White Wolf.

"We're excited at this opportunity to support and promote one of the true
under dogs of the trading card game market. Rage has had wonderful fan
support since its inception and to this day still has a strong following,"
says Allen Divers, CEO of Azrael Productions.

"Rage has always been a favorite game for us here at White Wolf," adds Mike
Tinney, VP Licensing of White Wolf Inc. "It was our first foray into the
card market and it's based on our award winning game Werewolf: the
Apocalypse.  We're excited to have a group as talented and enthusiastic as
the team at Azrael Productions supporting the player base for Rage."

Azrael Productions will establish an official website for support of its new
acquisitions.  This site will be the official starting point for all
information on both versions of Rage.  In the coming months, Azrael
Productions will begin taking a more active role in re-establishing the
tournament structure for both versions of Rage, as well as handling all
current rulings.

"Our initial goal for both games is to rebuild the playing community," says
Bobby Turman, aka Dances With Shadows and head of marketing for Azrael
Productions. "We will also be supporting both versions of the game as 2
separate games instead of creating yet another incarnation of Rage."
